My passion for helping underserved communities began while working as a leasing agent, where I provided resources and information to those in need. During that time, I witnessed firsthand the challenges people faced in securing housing. Many were denied due to bad credit, lack of credit history, or a past criminal record. It was heartbreaking to see individuals and families repeatedly turned away, often leaving them with few options to save or rebuild their lives.

Motivated to make a difference, I took action. I diligently saved, improved my own credit, and eventually purchased my first rental property. That property became a lifeline for my first tenant—a mother and her son fleeing domestic violence who couldn’t secure housing through traditional means. As a domestic violence survivor myself, helping her find stability was deeply meaningful and reaffirmed my mission.

Today, I am focused on expanding my rental portfolio to provide affordable housing for those in need while also educating my tenants on financial literacy and the home-buying process. My goal is to empower individuals to overcome obstacles and build a foundation for long-term stability and success.
